Description:
This is a unique opportunity to own a house just next to the Adriatic Sea with its own semi-private beach. It provides Mediterranean experience to the fullest: fields of lavanda, vineyards, endless coves with crystal clear waters, constant sun and extraordinary culinary adventures. The pictures speak for themselves! The house consists of 6 apartments/studios. They can be either rented individually or modified into a single residence. This stunning house is located in close proximity to the center of the village Jelsa (a 15 minute walk along the sea). The island of Hvar is one of the most beautiful in the Adriatic sea and in the world (it has consistently been placed in the top 10 beach destinations in the world by Conde Nast Traveller Magazine). The other villages on the island are easily reachable and also have something unique to offer. Small vineyards in the north of the island produce some of the best red wine in South Europe. In addition, there are several other alluring islands surrounding Hvar (the biggest being Brac, Korcula, and Vis) all of which are fabulous destinations as well. During the summer there is a frequent ferry boat that connects the islands with the coast, and sailing opportunities between them are unforgettable because of the numerous coves where one can stop enjoy pure bliss by the sea. The city of Hvar is the most famous location on the island (30 minutes drive from Jelsa) where luxurious Yachts populate the marina. Famous celebrities from around the world visit this town. Despite the recent popularity the island is still a hidden treasure filled with local Mediterranean flavor and history. The important Croatian city on the coast is Split; from here one can fly to all the major European destinations. Italian and English are widely spoken by the locals in the area.
